Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience as a sales manager in Telesales or a similar position.
• Experience in B2B sales with strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Strong conceptual skills and independent working style.
• Coaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
