  • Engage with new customers via phone or in-person to schedule appointments.

  • Present tailored solutions from our diverse portfolio and aim to close contracts.
  • Build trusting relationships with your newly acquired customers.
  • Receive full support from your manager, training team, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on sales.
  • Driver's license class B – ready to shine in field sales.
  • Empathy and sociability – enjoy approaching new customers.
  • Persuasiveness – inspire new customers with our products.
  • Hands-on mentality – work independently and results-oriented.
  • Ambition and discipline – stay focused and undeterred by rejection.
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
