In Short

  • Participate in a 12-week sales entry program to develop your sales skills.
  • Proactively identify and contact new business customers from small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Engage with new customers via phone or in-person to schedule appointments.
  • Conduct needs analysis in personal meetings to determine the best products for customers.
  • Present tailored solutions from our diverse portfolio and aim to close contracts.
  • Build a trusting relationship with new customers as the face of Ströer.
  • Receive full support from your manager, training team, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on sales.
  • Driver's license class B - ready to shine in field sales.
  • Empathy and sociability - enjoy approaching new customers.
  • Persuasiveness - inspire new customers for our products.
  • Hands-on mentality - work independently and results-oriented.
  • Ambition and discipline - stay focused and not discouraged by a “no”.
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
