In Short

  • Identify and proactively contact new business customers from small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Engage with new customers either by phone or in person to schedule appointments.
  • Conduct needs analysis in personal meetings to determine the best products in outdoor advertising and online marketing.
  • Present tailored solutions from our diverse portfolio and ideally close contracts.
  • Be the face of Ströer for your new customers and build a trusting relationship.
  • Receive full support from your manager, training team, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial field, and curiosity about sales.
  • Driver's license class B – ready to shine in field sales.
  • Empathy and sociability – enjoy approaching new customers.
  • Persuasiveness – excite new customers about you and our products.
  • Hands-on mentality – work independently and results-oriented.
  • Ambition and discipline – stay focused and not discouraged by a “no”.
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form.
