• Design, develop, and maintain the flagship CMS platform.
• Work closely with product owners, designers, and developers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of testing tools like RSpec.
• Familiarity with design patterns and development best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and secure code.
• Experience with Git and software management systems like JIRA.
