Overview

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to Go-To-Market leaders across a high-growth SaaS organization, driving people initiatives and enhancing leadership capabilities.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Go-To-Market Executives.
  • Lead the creation of the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to C-Suite members.
  • Monitor and report on key Divisional workforce data.
  • Champion the effective adoption of HR policies across divisions.
  • Coach people managers on tactical people issues.
  • Lead global HR projects impacting the whole company.
  • Mentor junior members of the People Experience Team.
  • Partner with People Operations for smooth HR operations.
  • Be the Geographic people lead for the USA/UK region.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years HR generalist experience in a SaaS/Tech environment.
  • Experience across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring HR team members.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and labour law.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrates AI literacy to enhance productivity.
