Overview

As a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will empower our global customers to connect to culture through their passions while serving in a fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Handle all customer service needs for European customers.
  • Take ownership of customer queries from start to finish.
  • Manage the order fulfilment process.
  • Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns.
  • Research answers or solutions as needed.
  • Resolve customer queries and update system accounts.
  • Record details of customer conversations and actions taken.
  • Monitor support communications to improve customer service.
  • Support other areas across the business as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Bilingual in German & English or multilingual with fluency in Italian/French.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle various contact types including chat, email, and voice calls.
  • Situational awareness to escalate urgent matters.
