Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing diverse engineering teams.
• 7+ years of experience building real-time solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on native mobile application development.
• Experience with hiring and talent reviews.
• Experience leading product engineering teams.
• Familiarity with observability and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of iOS and Google Play release processes.
• Understanding of modern iOS development tech stacks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience managing remote or co-located teams.
