Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Finance team at Stitch Fix, you will play a crucial role in efficiently scaling a fast-growing company by building reports, financial models, and processes to support financial planning and analysis.

In Short

• Analyze financial results and assess business risks and opportunities.
• Support the forecast and budget process.
• Manage financial performance against budget and key performance indicators.
• Build partnerships to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for management decision-making.
• Prepare reports for monthly close and management meetings.
• Serve as the financial planning resource for Sales and Client forecasting.
• Assist in month-end close reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Superior spreadsheet skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Anaplan, Essbase, or similar tools.
• Ability to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
