Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Demount Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at Stellar Industries and cover the Northeast Territory.

In Short

  • Responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining distributor relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Field-based position requiring frequent travel (approximately 50% of the time).
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of successful outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with consultative selling approaches.
  • Knowledge of industry and product offerings.
  • History of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
