In Short

  • Identify & Qualify Opportunities – Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
  • Engage & Nurture Prospects – Research and build targeted account lists, initiate outreach (cold calling, emails, networking), and foster meaningful connections.
  • Understand Customer Needs – Build relationships with prospects to uncover their challenges, goals, and pain points.
  • Drive Sales Pipeline Growth – Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads.
  • Exceed Targets – Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly goals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales or business development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
