In Short

  • Act as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Eastern Europe.
  • Qualify prospects and document information in Salesforce.
  • Utilize cutting-edge sales and prospecting tools.
  • Identify and prioritize accounts for revenue generation.
  • Conduct outreach using multi-channel selling techniques.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers.
  • Discover customer pain points and present Actian's solutions.
  • Manage and develop leads strategically.
  • Achieve meeting and opportunity creation quotas.
  • Maintain organized territory plans and reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or service experience.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of success in goal-oriented environments.
  • Creative, self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS and analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Ability to use modern sales prospecting tools.
  • Language skills in Hungarian, Polish, or Czech are nice to have.
