Overview

The Payment Operations Representative is responsible for providing payments and operation support to all employees, ensuring efficient operations of the department and assisting with troubleshooting and researching department issues.

In Short

• Maintain regulatory compliance and prevent losses to members and credit union.
• Assist Specialist and Senior level staff on departmental projects.
• Perform primary telephone support adhering to service level agreements.
• Provide backup support for daily departmental processes.
• Attend Continuous Improvement trainings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in a financial institution or customer service.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Certificate in a payment channel industry certification preferred.
