In Short

  • Join the MaineIT Application Development Group as a Workday Benefits System Analyst.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Benefits.
  • Provide system administration, design, configuration, enhancement, and deployment support.
  • Support and optimize the Workday Benefits system.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, with up to 90% remote work.
  • Collaborate with program partners to ensure effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in the ongoing design, configuration, and maintenance of the HRMS application.
  • Lead testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
  • Train and mentor new system users.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Workday features and processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HRMS Systems experience required.
  • Hands-on configuration experience within Workday Benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with report writing and creating calculated fields preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision needed.
  • Understanding of HR value proposition and strategies.
