Overview

The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking 2nd shift Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams! As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. This position is challenging but rewarding, fast paced, and in a team environment.

In Short

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services
• Resolve billing and payment issues
• Respond to patient/account holder inquiries
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies
• Investigate and respond to client enquiries
• Enter and monitor payment arrangements
• Adhere to applicable laws such as FDCPA and HIPAA
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bilingual candidates preferred for additional support
• Flexible scheduling required

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-oriented environment
• Flexibility in scheduling and assignments
• Teamwork and cooperation skills
• Bilingual candidates preferred
