In Short

• Train and support the students in their daily sessions.
• Craft engaging and interactive teaching materials, including slides.
• Collaborate with internal teams and ServiceNow to adapt teaching content.
• Update teaching materials to incorporate the latest developments.
• Work with other trainers for a unified educational experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow with expertise in CSA, CAD, ITSM and Scripting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Expertise in CSM, HRSD and WSD is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English required.
• Proven track record as a trainer.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong team player, capable of collaboration.
• Adaptive and responsive to feedback.
