• You will develop and implement clever sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• You will identify potential customers and actively approach them through inbound leads, CRM, social media, email, or referrals.
• You will build genuine relationships with decision-makers at DTC brands and maintain them long-term.
• You will represent the client at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.
• You will stay up to date with the DTC market, sensing trends, pain points, and real customer needs.

Requirements

• Initial sales experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., is an advantage.
• Perfect German and English skills – written and spoken, at a business level.
• You communicate clearly, empathetically, and on equal terms – internally and externally.
• You have a positive demeanor, think solution-oriented, and bring energy to the team.
