• Be the first Influencer Marketing Manager in the team.
• Identify and win suitable influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Plan and implement influencer collaborations for target audiences.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience in working with creators from initial contact to long-term partnerships.
• Strong negotiation skills and a good sense for fair budgets and strong deals.
• Analytical understanding and experience with performance tracking and reporting.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
