In Short

  • Responsible for scaling performance-based influencer marketing in the DACH region.
  • Manage over 40 influencer partnerships per month.
  • Identify and activate new influencers aligned with brand values.
  • Develop and execute campaigns focused on ROI, revenue, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance.
  • Build long-term relationships with top-performing influencers.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and integrate them into campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German (C2 level).
  • At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate management.
  • Comfortable with numbers and KPIs, focused on sales performance.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, organized and solution-oriented.
  • Desire to grow, loves data, and takes full responsibility for work.
  • Bonus: Experience with DACH influencers and knowledge of UTM tracking, discount codes, or affiliate dashboards.
