Influencer Marketing Manager - Remote

Lotuscrafts inspires and connects people to practice yoga and meditation with high-quality, sustainable, and aesthetic products. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help us inspire more people towards a conscious lifestyle by developing strong partnerships with influencers and innovative strategies.

In Short

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and performance.
• Identify and engage suitable influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with opinion leaders and networks.
• Plan, negotiate, and execute campaigns in close coordination with our content and marketing team.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, deriving optimization potentials.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a comparable role.
• Excellent sense for trends, communities, and storytelling on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience collaborating with influencers, from micro to macro.
• Independent and structured working style with negotiation skills, while valuing good and trustworthy teamwork.
• Motivated by measurable success and high conversion rates.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in lifestyle, wellbeing, yoga, or conscious brands is a plus.
