• Drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition through influencer and partnership marketing.
• Set strategy for a multi-channel approach across digital platforms.
• Manage influencer relationships and partnerships.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance.
• Collaborate with a small marketing team and cross-functionally.
• Design and execute influencer events and activations.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
• Work closely with the Head of Growth on marketing strategies.
• Manage a budget for gifting and paid relationships.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in influencer or brand marketing, preferably in D2C/eCommerce.
• Experience creating influencer marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in marketing data analysis and project management tools.
• Curiosity and drive for learning and improvement.
