Senior Systems Engineer (Unix and Windows) - Remote

Requirements

• 5+ years of Linux sysadmin experience in medium to large IT environments.
• Strong fluency with Linux tools, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Experience with Linux packaging tools such as Yum, Apt, dpkg, Rpm.
• Strong Python scripting skills; familiarity with SQL and databases.
• Experience with NFS and SMB protocol mounting and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with permissions issues such as LDAP and Active Directory.
• Strong debugging and system diagnostics skills.
• Windows administration experience is a plus.
• University degree required; STEM background preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
