Senior Windows Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Windows Engineer to lead the architecture, deployment, and support of enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure across a healthcare network of 70 hospitals.

In Short

• Lead the design and deployment of Windows Server infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 3 support for Windows Servers and Active Directory.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Mentor junior Windows Engineers.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, and security teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and IT governance policies.
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance.
• Manage system patching and lifecycle management.
• Support disaster recovery planning.
• Participate in on-call support for escalated issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Windows Systems Engineer.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in high-availability environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
