Cloud Engineer – Tier II - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled and self-driven Cloud Engineer – Tier 2 to support and enhance cloud infrastructure within a large-scale healthcare IT environment consisting of 70 hospitals.

• Provide advanced operational support and troubleshooting for Azure cloud services.
• Manage escalated incidents and service requests related to Azure infrastructure.
• Implement and support cloud infrastructure following best practices.

• Monitor and optimize cloud resource performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor Tier 1 engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and ITSM tools.
• Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work without sponsorship.
