Senior Kotlin Engineer for Android (all genders) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Kotlin Developer for Android (all genders) to join our development department as we expand. The position can be full-time or part-time, based in Munich or Karlsruhe, with the possibility of remote work.

In Short

• Further development and maintenance of an existing Android app for business communication with VoIP and chat.
• Planning and implementation of new features in agile processes within an experienced development team.
• Continuous quality assurance during development through code reviews and software testing.
• Close collaboration with developers for other platforms.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in developing Android apps in Kotlin.
• Proficient use of Android Studio, Gradle, and Git.
• Strong knowledge of MVVM architecture and technologies like Firebase, Room, and RxJava.
• Good knowledge of REST and HTTP.
• Experience with C/C++, XMPP, SIP is a plus.
• Thorough and responsible work even in challenging situations.
• Good German and English language skills.
