Overview

EarnIn is seeking experienced, passionate, and resourceful Senior Android Engineers to join our Early Bets team, playing a crucial role in developing customer-facing Android applications.

In Short

Develop and implement product features that enhance the customer experience.
Architect and refine mobile infrastructure for scalability.
Collaborate with backend engineers for robust API design.
Work with Product teams to define ambiguous requirements.
Enforce engineering best practices for high code quality.
Drive projects proactively and offer strategic direction.
Mentor the mobile engineering team for skill elevation.
Design and execute unit and UI automation tests.
Analyze feature effectiveness using advanced analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and reactive programming.
Deep understanding of Android application architectures.
Experience in fintech or building 0-to-1 products.
Ability to engineer flexible architectures for product evolution.
Experience in early-stage software products.
Knowledge of full development lifecycle practices.
Minimum of 4 years of mobile development experience.
Familiarity with iOS development and cross-platform frameworks is a plus.
