The L1 VOIP Service Desk Technician provides first-level support in an inbound call center environment, focusing on resolving network and VoIP-related issues while ensuring high-quality customer service.

In Short

  • Provide first-level customer support for network and VoIP-related issues.
  • Diagnose user-reported problems and guide customers through solutions.
  • Manage VoIP and network hardware inventory for deployments.
  • Accurately process RMA orders and follow internal procedures.
  • Record and manage call transactions using ticketing systems.
  • Monitor network outages and escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide remote technical support to field network engineers.
  • Maintain optimal performance of IP PBX server infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Proven organization and time management skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and clear verbal communication.

  • Proficient in Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS.
