Jr. Contract Billing Meter Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Contract Billing – Meter Specialist is accountable for the auditing, collecting, and maintaining of data associated with customers office equipment.

In Short

• Facilitate optimized meter acquisition process.
• Manage Meter Inbox in Outlook, respond to questions and requests.
• Review and audit eAutomate Meter Contact reports.
• Input customer meter billing information into eAutomate.
• Communicate issues to Contract Billing Supervisor.
• Review meter reports to ensure eAutomate sync.
• Partner with service team to resolve issues.
• Encourage positive relationships with co-workers and customers.
• Conduct self in accordance with Code of Conduct.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Ability to sustain a high level of activity and prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire for task completion.
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel.
• Previous experience with eAutomate is desired but not required.
• Customer service, administrative, or sales experience is desired but not required.
