Overview

The Customer Care Associate will provide exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, ensuring timely updates and accurate invoicing for service requests.

In Short

  • Receive service requests via phone and email.
  • Monitor aging service calls and provide updates.
  • Accurately invoice service calls.
  • Work with third-party vendors and technicians.
  • Handle over 25 incoming and 20 outgoing calls daily.
  • Manage 40+ service tickets per day.
  • Complete daily account service call updates.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs effectively.
  • Collaborate as a team player.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a remote setup.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
