We are seeking a friendly, engaging, and highly communicative Medical Virtual Assistant with proven MedSpa or Aesthetic clinic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling patient interactions, explaining procedures in a clear and reassuring manner, and managing both inbound and outbound calls.

In Short

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Clearly explain aesthetic and MedSpa procedures, pricing, and pre/post-care instructions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings in Nextech
• Document patient inquiries and follow-up actions accurately
• Assist with patient retention and follow-up campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a MedSpa or Aesthetic clinic
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle patient inquiries professionally
• Familiarity with scheduling software, preferably Nextech
• Strong organizational skills
