Utility Vendor Account Coordinator - Remote

Overview

In this role, Candidate will be contacting Utility Vendors on behalf of our Clients to register accounts online, request missing invoices, and negotiate extensions on accounts.

In Short

• Contacting Utility Vendors to obtain missing invoices
• Navigate Utility Vendor's websites to enroll accounts
• Contacting Utility Vendors to negotiate payment extensions
• Entering invoices into our system
• Other clerical work to support on-time payment of client's invoices
