Staff4Me is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader/Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As the Team Leader/Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team, managing financial reporting, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This is a leadership role that offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

• Responsible for One-on-One and KPIs reporting and assisting supervisors in submitting metrics.
• Team player, developing relationships with other teams and departments.
• Working efficiently under pressure in complex scenarios.
