Overview

The NOC Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise networking and hospitality infrastructure, requiring strong communication skills and technical expertise.

In Short

• Receive calls from Hotel and MDU Staff.
• Knowledge of DHCP, NAT, and firewall policies.
• Familiarity with ISP provisioning and networking concepts.
• Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3 Troubleshooting.
• Experience in enterprise networking or hospitality infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Ruckus and Aruba products.
• Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
• Experience with fiber optics and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications like RCNA or CCNA are a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise networking, ISP, or hospitality infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Ruckus ICX, Ruckus SmartZone, Aruba CX/Instant On.
• Hospitality network experience in Wi-Fi configuration.
• Ability to remotely diagnose hardware failures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to direct field engineers effectively.
