Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Meetings and Events Organizer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings and events at our hospitality venues.

In Short

  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of meetings and events.
  • Work closely with event organizers to understand their requirements.
  • Supervise the setup of event spaces and A/V equipment.
  • Liaise with A/V vendors and IT teams for technology coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators.
  • Manage event budgets and prepare post-event reports.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts for global clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery during events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management.
  • Proven expertise with A/V equipment and technology.
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics and client coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues during events.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
