VP of Operations - Remote

Overview

This is Stacker's first executive hire for Operations — a deliberate investment in building the operational foundation needed to double revenue to $20M+ over the next 12 months. The COO and a small ops team have been running Finance, People, Talent, and Business Operations to date. This role looks to transition that work off the executive team's plate and provides real leverage back to Stacker leadership.

• Lead operational strategies to support rapid growth.

• Oversee employee lifecycle and enhance recruiting efforts.
• Establish operating rhythms and fix process bottlenecks.

• Manage cash flow and vendor contracts.
• Develop HR infrastructure and compensation frameworks.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of operational experience in a growth-stage company.
• Proven track record in Finance, People, Talent, or Business Operations.
• Experience in creating systems and processes from scratch.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Experience in hiring and managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with executive presence.
• High emotional intelligence and bias to action.
