Senior Programmatic Account Manager, Enterprise - Remote

Overview

The Senior Programmatic Account Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships and driving the adoption of the StackAdapt platform, focusing on campaign management and account expansion across Enterprise brands and agencies.

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Lead the RFP process and presentations to Enterprise brands and agencies.
• Drive up-sells of StackAdapt features to existing customers.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic solutions for client campaigns.
• Deep client mapping and account planning expertise.
• Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP.
• Identify upselling opportunities and improve services.
• Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance regularly.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and training/education.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise.
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proven success in managing client relationships.
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue.
• Skilled in up-selling to unlock new revenue streams.
• Experience in the RFP process and client presentations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with digital advertising trends.
• Experience with complex databases is a plus.
• Agency experience is a plus.
