As a Senior Programmatic Account Manager at StackAdapt, you will be crucial in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption, campaign management, and account expansion opportunities within a remote-first environment.

In Short

• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Design unique campaign strategies on the StackAdapt platform.
• Ensure successful client campaigns with regular reporting.
• Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP.
• Identify upselling opportunities and improve service efficiency.
• Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance regularly.
• Provide strategic thought leadership to clients.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings and presentations.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising.
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proven success in client relationship management.
• Focus on account retention and revenue growth.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with digital advertising trends.
• Experience with complex databases is a plus.
