The Account Executive for New Business at StackAdapt is responsible for closing new agency business by prospecting, pitching, and collaborating across functions to drive measurable results in digital advertising.

  • Partner with sales leadership to close new agency and brand-direct business.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target agencies.
  • Develop customized sales presentations and pitch decks.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with teams during onboarding for a smooth customer experience.
  • Respond to RFPs and develop tailored campaign strategies.
  • Support lead generation efforts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Organize and attend local in-person events targeting agency prospects.
  • Utilize prospecting tools for effective outbound efforts.
  • Maintain a pipeline of 50–100 accounts with excellent hygiene.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in programmatic advertising or similar.
  • Expertise in prospecting, pitching, and closing accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
  • Success in a quota-driven environment.
  • Ability to understand complex business objectives.
  • Skilled in communicating technical concepts to executives.
