Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT solutions, ideally in consulting or as a Product Owner.
• Experience with low-code platforms like Salesforce, Pega, or OutSystems.
• Ability to create data models and write SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills with technical and business audiences.
• Ability to mentor and supervise team members.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
