Overview

The Client Support Specialist at Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) will provide essential support to state clients and individual users of our innovative healthcare technology solutions.

In Short

  • Full-time remote role focused on client support.
  • Assist clients through the problem-solving process.
  • Respond to queries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Train users on application functionalities.
  • Document queries and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with the EI Production Support team.
  • Contribute to the Production Support Division goals.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • 2+ years of help desk or healthcare billing experience.
  • Flexible to work independently or in teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in oral and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with IT system help desk support.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests.
  • Professional customer service skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with ticket tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Current HIPAA Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
