Overview

Squarespace is looking for an engaging Team Lead to join our award-winning Customer Operations department. You will manage a squad of Customer Support Associates/Advisors who provide customer advocacy.

In Short

  • Create a positive team culture and manage team performance.
  • Stay current on Squarespace product developments.
  • Represent the team’s feedback to promote collaboration.
  • Provide team member feedback during review cycles.
  • Encourage career development conversations.
  • Coordinate training programs with Learning & Development.
  • Help interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
  • Handle sensitive case escalations and complex customer issues.
  • Assist with support queues during peak hours.

Requirements

  • Experience with performance targets and team motivation.
  • 2+ years managing remote teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive solutions for operational challenges.
  • Experience fostering team culture and unity.
  • Data analysis and project management experience.
  • Must reside in approved US locations.
