Overview

As a Chief of Staff (COS), you will optimize the efficiency of the management team and facilitate communication across departments, serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a strategic consulting or Chief of Staff role.
  • Strong business acumen and cross-functional mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with project management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive leader with problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in a tech company preferred.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
