Spring Health is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Member Growth team, leveraging the end-to-end product design process to enhance user engagement and improve the member platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer in a software company.
• Portfolio demonstrating impact on growth metrics.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Strong communication skills for design advocacy.
• Ability to provide guidelines for engineers.
• Use of qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making.
• Interest in building accessible and inclusive products.
• Excellence in product design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Empathetic and curious mindset towards user needs.
