In Short

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support and psycho education.
• Utilize active listening and motivational interviewing skills.
• Assess risks and provide crisis support.
• Recommend plans of action based on clinical presentation.
• Complete professional documentation and interact with members.
• Follow care management outreach protocols.
• Coordinate closely with Spring Health care providers.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist with onboarding new team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• Crisis assessment and safety planning experience required.
• Knowledge of crisis support and clinical interventions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Acknowledge and embrace diversity and inclusion.
• Motivated to provide a high-touch experience.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with various computer platforms.
• Able to multi-task and context switch.
