Overview

The Revenue Enablement Trainer at Spring Health will utilize data to enhance decision-making and prepare Sales teams for success throughout their learning journey, including onboarding and ongoing education.

In Short

• Create and deliver training experiences for Sales teams.
• Monitor and address gaps in sales processes.
• Design training materials using various content design tools.
• Project manage training requests and develop learning solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build effective curricula.
• Ensure effective communication and project management.
• Maintain and audit the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support Sales leadership in achieving performance metrics.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS company.
• 1 year of Enablement experience or related training experience.
• Proficient in content design and enablement tools.
• Strong knowledge of GTM sales motions.
• Proactive project management skills.
• Experience in developing blended learning solutions.
• Ability to synthesize data for decision-making.
• Proven collaborative skills.
