The Onsite Resource Coordinator offers a convenient and timely resource for employees of a large nationwide retailer to receive immediate connections to community and company resources, addressing social determinants of health concerns and other related wellbeing challenges.

In Short

• Onsite role at 3 customer locations around Bronx, NY.
• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST, with one remote day.
• Identify and refer employees to various support resources.
• Link employees to local and national resources through consultations.
• Work with internal care teams for emergency funding referrals.
• Assist in connecting employees to mental health treatment options.

• Document and track metrics/outcomes of resource referrals.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Attend customer meetings as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in social work with diverse populations.
• Ability to connect individuals to resources quickly.
• Knowledge of community resources and retail employee needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.

• Located within a 10-mile radius of job location.
