Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

This is a full-time permanent, overnight, work-from-home position focused on providing excellent customer service.

In Short

• Full-time overnight work-from-home position.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO environment.
• 1 year of experience working with Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
• Reliable internet connection (no Pocket Wifi).
