Overview

This position offers an opportunity to be the voice of AT&T, a global leader in communications and technology. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer requests related to service, billing, loyalty, and troubleshooting while testing new processes and monitoring their impact on customer experience.

In Short

  • Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections accurately.
  • Explain bills and product features clearly to customers.
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate to higher support if needed.
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by effectively resolving issues.
  • Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues.
  • Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Participate in collaboration sessions to influence new system design.
  • Receive training on new processes and be the first to test them.
  • Earn between $15.00 and $17.58 per hour based on experience and geography.
