As a Software Development Manager at Spreetail, you will lead a cross-functional team to build and scale Merch Tech’s data-driven platforms, influencing product strategy and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8–12 years in software engineering with platform ownership experience.
• Full-stack experience in Python, SQL, Node.js, and React.
• Experience in AWS-based infrastructure.
• Strong ability to partner with non-tech stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles.
• 80% hands-on development and 20% management.
• Experience in data platform engineering is a plus.
• Prior experience delivering reporting or workflow automation platforms is beneficial.
• A nice to have is Java.
• Must have a suitable work-from-home setup.
