The Senior Value Engineer will lead the discovery process from value, business, and technical perspectives, helping clients like Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen leverage SPREAD's software to enhance their engineering processes.

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Enterprise B2B Software.
• Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills from shop floor to top management.
• Able to handle ambiguous problems with a collaborative style.
• Experience in creating Business Cases and conducting Value Workshops.
• Ability to translate field insights into product improvements.
• Willingness for on-site client engagements.
• Fluent in German and English.
